What to Expect From Your Inspection
If you are in need of a home inspection in the South Florida area, Primax Property Inspections is here to help. Whether you need a buyer’s inspection, a pre-listing inspection, or you just are interested in a home inspection to ensure proper maintenance of your current home, you can trust us to deliver excellent services.
Our licensed, certified home inspectors are always here to help, and ensure that you are aware of any potential issues with your current home, or a home that you’re interested in purchasing.
We’re focused on education, and our goal is to provide you with all of the information you need about the property in question, and its overall condition. We welcome our clients to walk through the home with us and to ask any questions they may have throughout the inspection process.
Primax Property Inspections has a thorough, multi-point checklist that ensures that no stone is left unturned, and we will explain the overall, general condition of the home and its systems to you and your agent after your inspection is complete.
In addition, we will compile a comprehensive Spectora report, delivered online via HTML, or in PDF format, documenting all of our findings, and including images, references and further details. This report will be available for you both in a desktop-friendly format and a mobile format, so that you can stay in-the-loop and check your report even when you’re on the go.
We are doing our part by implementing a safety protocol on all our inspections. The following steps are taken to help mitigate our, your, and your client’s exposure.
1. We are requesting that buyers, sellers, and agents not be present during the inspection process.
2. Upon arrival at the inspection, prior to accessing the home, our inspectors are instructed to put on their PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) which consist of gloves, face mask, glasses and/or goggles, and shoe covers.
3. Once inside the home, the kitchen countertops and faucet, bathroom faucets, doorknobs, light switches, and appliance handles are wiped with disinfectant wipes.
4. The inspection is conducted in an orderly fashion to limit contact with surfaces as much as possible. If more than one inspector is present, we are maintaining social distancing as much as possible.
5. Upon completion, the kitchen countertops and faucet, bathroom faucets, doorknobs, light switches, and appliance handles are wiped with disinfectant wipes again.
6. Once outside of the home, our inspectors sanitize our inspection equipment/tools and PPE to be prepared for the next inspection.
We appreciate your assistance in helping slow the spread of Covid-19 and are committed to doing our part during these trying times. If you have any additional concerns or comments, please feel welcome to contact us.
